    Air pollution control and resource utilization innovation team

    2)Introduction

    The research team focuses the study of air pollutant emissions from major pollution sources, the development of emission control technologies, the research and production of environmental functional materials, the design and development of environmental protecting equipment, and the industrial application of environmental functional materials and technologies. The team has undertaken more than 30 research projects, including National Key Research and Development Programs, the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the provincial and ministerial level foundation, and cooperation research projects with local enterprises. The desulfurization and denitrification technologies developed by the team has won 1 Environmental Protection Science and Technology Award, and 2 China Non-ferrous Metal Industry Science and Technology Awards. Besides, the team has won many teaching awards, including 1 National teaching achievement award, and 1 Beijing Higher education Teaching Achievement Award. At present, the team has 1 professors, 3 associate professors, and 1 lecturer.

    3)Main research field

    a) Desulphurization and denitrification of flue gas from industrial sources;

    b) Multi-pollutant cooperative control technologies;

    c) Volatile organic pollutant removal technologies;

    d) Structural design and development of environmental functional materials;

    e) Emission quantification and analysis of air pollutant emissions;

    f) Assessment of emission mitigation policies;
