  • Prof. Xing Yi went to China ENFI Engineering Co., Ltd. to carry out technical exchanges

    On the morning of July 16, 2020, Prof. Xing Yi, Dean of the School of Energy and Environmental Engineering, and 3 others went to China ENFI Engineering Co., Ltd. for technical exchanges. Zhou Yuanxiang, chief economist of China ENFI Engineering Co., Ltd., and Liu Haiwei, deputy chief engineer of China ENFI Engineering Co., Ltd., attended this technical exchange meeting. Related professional and technical personnel from the Energy and Environment Division and the Metallurgical and Chemical Division attended the meeting.

    Prof. Xing Yi gave a detailed introduction to the research and technical achievements of the high-intensity ultraviolet catalytic removal of organic odor technology, the high-efficiency and deep drying technology of sludge at room temperature, and the ultra-low emission technology of flue gas. Experts and technicians from both sides conducted in-depth discussions on relevant technical details and key issues of engineering application concerns.

    This meeting is the first academic exchange activity carried out after the school and enterprise signed the "Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement" in 2019. It is of great significance for the in-depth development of practical cooperation between the two parties in the future. Experts and technicians at the conference agreed that both parties should give full play to their respective advantages in scientific research and technology and achievement transformation in the field of environmental protection, achieve complementary advantages, integrate innovative elements and promote resource sharing, deepen the promotion of the transformation and industrialization of scientific and technological achievements under the cooperation model of "production, learning, research and use", and realize the efficient conversion of scientific and technological achievements into direct productivity.
